Available Sunday 30th March, the Old Government House Hotel invites you to indulge in Sunday lunch this Mother's Day. Served from 12:30pm, the Mother's Day Sunday lunch menu offers a refined selection of dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients.
This three-course meal begins with a choice of starters; Crispy Duck Croquettes, Seared Guernsey Scallops, Twice baked Guernsey Smoked Cheddar Souffle, and Carrot and Sea Herb Tartare.
For your main course, choose between Deboned Herb Crusted Roast Leg of Lamb, Stuffed Guernsey Pork Loin, Butter Poached Guernsey Turbot, and Wild Mishroom Pithvier.
