4.06 months agoMuch better place to eat than the day before. Prices reasonable for York. Went for fish and chips as there wasn't much on the menu. Had a lovley crispy batter coating and proper chips. Also came with Tater sauce and mushy peas, which were quite dry but edible. Normal range of beers for a franchised pub.

2.03 months agoWent here today for a lunch and started of good, then went to the female toilets and was greeted with what looked like Saturday night still. Tights on the floor and tissues and one cubicle had stained sticky alcohol still, dryer had what looked like blood splats on it. Was very off putting as ordered food and the regret set in.burger fine, chips but the spoonful of coleslaw didn't look ok. Overall I would not come back here again.

5.02 weeks agoI recently attended a Saturday night at Pitcher and Piano York with a group of friends and I must say it was an unforgettable experience, thanks in part due to our wonderful host, Alistair. The team at Pitcher and Piano York went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time, with their attentive service and lively atmosphere making for a fantastic night out. Alistair was particularly attentive, ensuring our glasses were always full and our spirits high - his warm and welcoming personality made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, with the pizzas and wings being a particular highlight, and the music was a great blend of popular tracks to keep us dancing all night. I would highly recommend Pitcher and Piano York to anyone looking for a fun and lively night out in York - just make sure to ask for Alistair at the bar.
