Popped in for an impromptu lunch with my husband and mother in law. Didn’t have to wait too long to be sat and our order taken. Fantastic carvery, really tasty and good portions. Sophie, who served our table, was courteous and helpful and made our visit better still. Highly recommend

Had a pleasant experience! So much better than it used to be! Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food was hot which used to be a big issue. I haven't been to a carvery in years and after going there I would definitely go again! Accommodated my disabled brother and our kids top notch service. Will recommend to others! Great experience

Her friendly and professional demeanor set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. Tracy went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us. She was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right moments to see if we needed anything. What truly stood out was her ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being busy, Tracy managed to provide exceptional service with a personal touch. She was efficient, polite, and had a wonderful sense of humor, making our visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, as always at Toby Carvery, but it was Tracy’s service that made the experience truly memorable. She is a credit to the team, and I sincerely hope management recognises the hard work and dedication she puts into making guests feel valued.
