Sat under the railway tracks on Whitworth Street West, the not-so-best-kept-secret of Manchester has mastered all areas of the nightlife scene; fusing nightclub, bar and restaurant elements together to encompass a cool yet sophisticated vibe.

And as it is the brainchild of the people behind Trof and The Deaf Institute, this comes as no surprise.

The interior is a mixture of uncovered brick walls against white stone tiles along with lots of low lighting and some cool artwork hanging on the walls, devising the perfect balance between sophisticated and casual.

And this ‘cooler older sibling’ vibe is carried through into the menu too, with food that’s all free range and locally sourced as well as an in-house bakery so you can be assured you are getting only the best quality food.  Expect the usual Brunch classics alongside some quirkier options such as shakshouka and ‘Fat Elvis’ pancakes.
