    The food was delicious as expected and the waiting time was normal. The atmosphere was relaxing and also the decoration was nice ans felt comfy. The service was fast and the staff helped us in whatever we needed. It's a top destination and worh the visit for a quality meal.

    The menu is definitely smaller than it used to be, but the food was very tasty. The service was brilliant, and the table and booth were clean. The food came (and went quickly) The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the price. I understand that inflation is high, and your business has had some troubling time. But a meal for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) costing over £100 was hard to swallow.

    Really disappointed with how drastically TGI Fridays has gone downhill since we last visited. I took the kids for a treat after bowling thinking it would make a special end to our day. In truth, it ruined the day and we should have just grabbed a drive through McDonald’s and gone home. The young lady that seated us was lovely. Sadly, that was where the positives ended. The wait for the food was average but arrived before our drinks. We managed to call a waiter who apologised but we had almost finished our meals before the drinks arrived. The food was shockingly bad! Burnt, really greasy, badly presented. Terrible quality considering the prices. The toilets were filthy and the whole place just seemed tired and unkept. The lack of care was evident from the quality of the food but it was echoed in every other aspect of our visit. I personally hate the big burger chains but I’d genuinely go to McDonald’s next time instead of spending twice the money, for half the meal, at TGI Fridays. Simon
