Our table was right by the toilet the turkey had blood on the skin and some on my turkey on my plate. I didn't drink my wine for two reasons one glass wasn't clean. Second reason was it was delivered to my table while I was queing for my Carvery. I don't agree with having any drink delivered to your table before you are already sat there. Definitely never going back. Plus the meal was just warm. They bought out a fresh beef But it had something on the top no idea what. Then the chief poured something all over the top of it. Plus our table not only right by the toilet but very very close to other diners so you can't have a private chat.

I just like to say we love this place so we decided to go on a Sunday evening. They were a little bit busy but not too much about a 10 minute wait as a vegetarian the vegetables were very limited and my sister went to meet found the lamb to be very dry. The staff is normal but wonderful but like I say we was a bit disappointed.

We visited Trentham Carvery on Sunday afternoon and as always it did not disappoint. There was a great variety of fresh food which was warm and tasty. Our waitress, Lisa, went out of her way to give us great service despite it being a very busy hour that we spent there. She was attentive, friendly and made us and our children feel very welcome. She also told us about the breakfast with santa which we have since booked in for and are looking forward to. A great meal and visit.
