My daughter and I had a lovely experience dining here recently…. We were greeted and seated by a polite helpful man. Our meal was diligently ordered and prepared specially as my daughter has an allergy to dairy. Nothing was too much trouble for Lauren the waitress. Our thanks to her and the friendly helpful staff at the Toby Trentham 10/10

Excellent beef and the other meats looked good too. However, the veg felt like it had been 'hanging around' and whilst veg did the job was no great shakes. Christmas pudding and custard was near cold and nothing special . However, ice cream in my group was appreciated and good. Friendly service by all staff. Very busy , though Christmas season, and I think booking( which we did) would have been essential. Being busy a good sign but it did feel a bit manic. That said very little quiet at carvery outlet. Plenty of parking.

Jo was our waitress. She told us that there was a 50% voucher of main meals on the app, we didn't know. She was very polite and helpful. The only downside is the food wasn't very hot and food felt lukewarm to eat, which was disappointing but it was tasty. I do feel Toby Carvery should have steak knives for cutting meat for the carvery, butter knives took ages to cut the beef. Overall experience was good though and we left happy
