Emma is amazing!! We have been coming here for years. Our daughter is autistic and likes familiarity - Emma has watched her grow up and been amazing. Shes always there with a smiley face and even our daughter loves her now. The place wouldn’t be the same without Emma 🤍 amazing service - the food isn’t bad either 😉

Popped into Trentham Tobey today for a carvery with friends. Word of warning you have to book in advance it was packed! There was quite a queue but it soon went down, was looking forward to a lamb roast, sadly I was left looking at a bone, the turkey and gammon were lovely. The meal was excellent, drinks are expensive though. Will go again

Excellent beef and the other meats looked good too. However, the veg felt like it had been 'hanging around' and whilst veg did the job was no great shakes. Christmas pudding and custard was near cold and nothing special . However, ice cream in my group was appreciated and good. Friendly service by all staff. Very busy , though Christmas season, and I think booking( which we did) would have been essential. Being busy a good sign but it did feel a bit manic. That said very little quiet at carvery outlet. Plenty of parking.
