Toby Carvery - Rotherham

Terrible, place was absolutely manic. We queued 40 minutes justcto actually get to the carvery deck. I understand there had been an accident with a kitchen staff member which has my full sympathy but the situation was very badly handled and it would have been better to close the doors.

I recently visited Toby Carvery in Rotherham, and I must say it was an excellent experience! The food was incredibly fresh, from the perfectly roasted meats to the wide variety of vegetables and garnishes. Everything tasted just like a homemade Sunday roast - Even though on a Monday😊 The restaurant itself was spotless, and the relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. What really stood out was how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They seemed genuinely happy to be there and were very attentive to all guests, going above and beyond. It's also worth noting how considerate they were about disabilities, understanding that not all are visible. This level of care made a real difference to our dining experience. This should be a benchmark for all Toby Carvery locations on how to deliver a great customer experience. Thank you and well done to the Rotherham team! Highly recommend. This location, all the staff we came across was so nice. We were between a long drive and their friendliness really perked us up. I think their positivity was rubbing off onto the customers too because they all seem friendly too. I actually sent a compliment into the website because we really enjoyed the atmosphere.
