    Food was nice, the ribs have too much BBQ sauce so it was quite sickly, the drinks were great! But they didn't have any chocolate sauce for the pancakes so I had caramel sauce but it was way too sweet, service was amazing! Atmosphere was ok, music gets a bit annoying (especially them playing thick of it) 4 stars

    Myself and my family decided to go to this TGI for dinner. We were asked on arrival to go to the bar and wait for a table (which we did happily) as we didn't have a reservation. We were told it would be on longer than a 10 minute wait as it was a quiet Sunday. We were left for at least 25 minutes without being seated then it took another 35 minutes before anyone took our food order. After another lengthy wait for the food to arrive we were very disappointed with the standard. The salad was off/ brown and the sharer loaded fries were a joke for the price, they were a small personal portion at best. We weren't offended any condiments and when asked for it seamed like too much effort. At the end of the meal we showed the staff member the salad and stated my daughter didn't want to eat the rest of it because it was off. We asked if the bill could possibly reflect that. No dedication was taken from the bill, even though my daughter didn't finish her meal. We paid in full and left. All in all I felt robbed and extremely disappointed with our experience. I definitely won't be going back

    I haven't walked out of a restaurant in some time, but this place is something else. Service is appalling, waiting around for an eternity. The mocktail deal is fine until you are told you have to have them at the same time and get presented with two glasses of mush that spill all over the table. 25 mins in and still no food ordered, and there are 20 people in the whole restaurant, so not busy. No wonder they are in administration!!!
