Comfortable stylish rooms. Friendly staff. Location for us as we were traveling by train was fabulous. Gave it 4 stars ( really should be 4.5!) only because our room looked out to the train station and it was noisy on a Saturday night. Next time if we're there on a weekend we'll ask for a room in the back.

Pros: - Nice and stylish - Very clean - Location (less than a minute walk away from Reading station). - A/C available Cons: - Some rooms may not be fully accessible (The bathroom was a couples steps down in the particular room I stayed) Additional note: During my stay, the lifts were out of order, and I had to use the stairs. However, it seemed like there was an additional, temporary (?), lift available. (Probably for wheelchairs and staffs - such as cleaners?) I loved provided shower gel and hand wash. They’ve got lovely scent. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. There were some minor problems with the room (fault with the bathroom extractor & TV) but the response from the staffs were impeccable. Very quick and really helpful.

Nice hotel conveniently located and walking distance from the train station and the town centre. The good things about the hotel. 1) Comfortable bed and pillows unlike the grand hotel in Brighton which had very uncomfortable pillows. 2) nice size bathroom with shower gels provided. 3) Nice selection of complimentary tea and coffee bags. 4) Provided with a fan. 5) bar area to relax in 6) friendly staff The bad things about the hotel 1) expensive for what you get 2) I don't like the idea of the checking in time being so late at 3 pm and having to leave so early in the morning at 11 am. 3) Air conditioning wasn't working. 4) No fridge in the room or complimentary bottles of water.
