Brewhouse & Kitchen is a microbrewery that not only brews their own award-winning craft beers on site, but pairs one of these beers perfectly to a delicious Sunday Roast, making it the perfect place to end your week.

Sundays at Brewhouse & Kitchen Southsea are always the right choice. All roasts are served with golden, crisp roast potatoes, a Yorkshire pudding, a medley of herb roasted carrots, parnsips & butternut squash, braised cabbage, seasonal greens and a rich, homemade gravy.

Choose from a wide selection of meats including Topside of British Beef, Cider Braised Pork Belly, 1/2 Beercan Roasted Chicken, made of course with their own craft beers, or treat yourself to all three and choose their Three Meat Roast served with sage & onion stuffing.

Brewhouse & Kitchen Southsea Sunday Roast menu also caters to vegetarians and vegans offering a Squash, Lentil & Almond Wellington.

Brewhouse & Kitchen Southsea is located close to Portsmouth Museum & Art Gallery and Clarence Pier and is within close proximity to Portsmouth Harbour train station.

Whether you're a beer aficionado, a foodie, or simply looking for a beautiful and welcoming space to enjoy a meal and drinks, this place has it all. The combination of the stunning interior with its gleaming copper brewing vessels, the enchanting garden with its magical lighting and great heaters, and the exceptional food and service makes for an unforgettable experience. Went for a Sunday roast yesterday. Despite booking we got there to be told there were only 3 roasts left for the whole day. The food was average, potatoes cold and their ‘homemade Yorkshire puddings’ were nothing but frozen shop bought. I know this as I saw the chef buy them from the shop before my booking and it’s obvious from the picture. Was not worth the money.

I and my (grown up!) boys had a fantastic day with Martin (the head brewer) for a brewery experience. From the start, Martin entertained us, impressed with his knowledge of beer, and fully involved us in making a batch of stout, whilst keeping us plied with a variety of beers that he’d previously brewed for the pub. Breakfast and lunch provided. A truly splendid day had by is all. Thank you, Martin, and all at Brewhouse & Kitchen Southsea for a great day! Looking forward to returning later in the month to try the fruits of our labours.
