Came for a birthday carvery, choice of meats is fab, and selection of veg on offer is great too. Not seen dumplings on a carvery before, but these were an additional tasty choice. We brought our own cake and it was no problem for the staff to keep this until we needed it, even lit the candles. All in all highly recommend.

Wow! This is the most amazing carvery ever! We felt as if we needed a treat so we ordered a roast and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff are so kind, welcoming and friendly. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Straight forward to book, but a 10 minute wait on arrival. Dropped off at table no cutlery, asked twice, in the end found on another table. We had. a 14 month with is and nothing was said about getting her a plate or a highchair. There must have been 75 people in the room we were in with no windows, a very hot day so we were all fanning ourselves with menus. The meal itself. Vegetables undercooked, potatoes hard and the smallest slithers of meats. All in all will not be going back and i only live nearby. Its all about quantity rather than quality, as long as you get the punters through the doors. Was not enough staff and they were miserable, who wouldnt be with no ventilation. The bar maid who served us was on her phone so we had to interrupt her. Not a nice experience and for over £50 of our hard earned money. Never again
