The Private Dining Sunday Lunch menu at Cheneston's at The Milestone Hotel offers a refined three-course experience. It begins with a starter of truffled celeriac velouté, featuring the richness of 36-month aged Parmesan, a luxurious St Ewes egg yolk, Madeira, and confit onion.
For the main course, guests can enjoy a classic roasted sirloin of Hereford beef, served with braised red cabbage, roasted carrot, seasonal greens, crispy roast potatoes, and a traditional Yorkshire pudding, all complemented by a rich red wine gravy.
To accompany the meal, optional side dishes are available for £5 each, including a cauliflower and Westcombe cheddar gratin, maple roasted pigs in blankets, and stout battered onion rings.
The dessert rounds off the meal with an apple, plum, and almond crumble, served with almond praline ice cream.
