The Izakaya section features small bites like lemon butter and shichimi sea salt edamame, grilled lobster tacos, and a luxurious seafood platter with oysters, tuna sashimi, and Cornish crab. Signature Japanese dishes include yellowfin tuna sashimi with shiso soy, crispy filo king prawns, and wagyu beef prepared in various styles, from tataki with black truffle ponzu to grilled ribeye with chilli truffle teriyaki.
