This three-course meal begins with a choice of three starters: a velvety asparagus velouté enhanced with a rich St Ewe’s egg yolk and wild garlic, Merryfield farm duck liver parfait, paired with bright citrusy notes of orange and the delicate crunch of hazelnuts, or a luxurious lobster and tiger prawn raviolo, served with sweet peas and fragrant lemon verbena.
For the main course, guests can opt for the roasted Devonshire white chicken, which is accompanied by seasonal asparagus, a smooth pea purée and classic roast dinner elements. Another option is the roasted sirloin of Hereford beef served with a deep red wine gravy or for a plant-based alternative, the wild garlic cavatelli offers a vibrant combination of roasted Delica pumpkin, broad beans, tender button onions and pine nuts.
