    Came in for a second time with my partner and both times had a great experience. We arrived slightly earlier than our booking which wasn’t a problem and we were seated instantly. Staff are friendly and seemed more than happy to help. The food was great and came quickly. It was quite busy today due to a football game but that didn’t make much difference. We look forward to returning in future.

    I recently dined at TGI Fridays in Norwich and had the pleasure of being served by Georgia. From the moment we walked in, Georgia greeted us with a warm smile and guided us to our table with enthusiasm. Her friendly demeanor set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. Georgia's knowledge of the menu was impressive; she provided excellent recommendations that made our choices so much easier. We decided on the Jack Daniel's Glazed Ribs and the Sizzling Chicken & Cheese, both of which were prepared to perfection. The ribs were tender and flavorful, while the chicken was complemented beautifully by the melted cheese and lively vegetables. Throughout the meal, Georgia was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them was a testament to her excellent service skills. The restaurant had a lively and inviting atmosphere, which paired perfectly with the quality service provided. Georgia made sure our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable, finding just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend visiting TGI Fridays in Norwich and asking for Georgia if you want a dining experience that combines great food with exceptional service. It's staff members like her who make dining out a real pleasure.

    Great bar and decor, but service so slow that it took 25mins just to grab a pre dinner drink and the meal itself arrived cold. For £9.95 you get the shells of 3 half potatoes with no flavour, the accompanying sauces arrive in tiny plastic tubs (you get the same for half or full rack of ribs, it’s just not enough for a full rack - want more? That’s £1.50 a pop!). Just awful - NEVER AGAIN.
