Slug & Lettuce - Newcastle Central

Massive shoutout to Morgan for making mine and my daughters night at Slug and Lettuce absolutely fantastic! His friendly demeanor, expert knowledge of the company and all they offer, and attentiveness to our needs made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. He went above and beyond and informed us of the bottomless brunch we didn't know about, we will definitely book in when he's back in Newcastle in the Summer.

This was my first time bottomless brunching here and saffron couldn’t have made me feel more welcome. I have never met someone and instantly clicked you would she had known me and my friends for years the way she looked after us. Embarrassing but my dress broke and she didn’t think twice but to help me and get some safety pins🤣 Other than that she is polite, and honestly one of the nicest customer service people I have ever met anyone would be lucky to have her employed with her cos she honestly was a ray of sunshine and a good helped. I’ve worked in the bar life and if I was the manager id hold on to her a little harder and really appreciate the staff member you have because there’s only once you can get staff members like that who actually prove that they love and care for there job. Haven’t got one bad word about my service and her personality more than likely has a big impact on that xx

Had such an absolutely amazing afternoon, went for bottomless brunch with my good friend. The service was outstanding!! The food was amazing and Gemma is an excellent asset to the team, nothing was ever too much for her and she was so friendly and kind towards us. Would definitely recommend and come again.
