The service here is first class - our family had Morgan C looking after our table and she couldn't have done anything better. Friendly, attentive, happy, quick, accommodating - a real credit to the franchise... The food however, dragged down the five star service with one star quality. For the crazy prices of the food it wasn't fresh, wasn't consistent, and could do with some quality checking before leaving the kitchen. Avoid the Ultimate American Grill - the most expensive item on the menu, cooked without a care in the world. We sent the meats back, and the reorder came back twice the size of the original (which is great second time round, but what about those that don't bother to send it back!?). Definitely not worth the £38!! Not by a long shot. Kids loved their food - "best chicken strips they've had". Not that they'd eat the veg anyway, but those veg sticks had definitely been sat out for a day or two! If they can get the food up to anywhere near the same standard as staff like Morgan, it would be worth a visit.

Food was lovely, drinks were amazing. Our server Paulina was the most amazing part of the whole night, she was so kind and friendly and wonderful. A very pleasant person and had amazing conversations with us at the end of our meal.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and spent a substantial amount on a meal for a family of 4. The food servers were pleasant enough and the food fine. But the women's toilets were absolutely disgusting. 2 were unusable. I reported it to a member of staff (in all black) who seemingly didn't know what to do about that information as did nothing but laughed to a colleague about it. Before leaving I went to check if anything had been done but as I went another guest said don't go in that one it's disgusting...she had tried to flush it and the result is photographed. This was 30 minutes after I had tried to nicely report it so that it could be dealt with. All the browned paper had been welded around the outside of the bowl in thick layers. No staff attended to it at all. In addition to this our son's build your own sundae also came with the sweets in a half washed ramekin of bbq sauce - Morgan did apologise for this and had been perfectly polite. More attention to cleanliness needed.
