Doghouse Manchester

I recently visited BrewDog Doghouse in Manchester for their bottomless brunch, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was simply diabolical and far from what I had expected for such a popular establishment. From the beginning, it felt like we were forgotten. It took an excessively long time for our orders to be taken, and once we did receive our drinks, they were incredibly slow to refill throughout the brunch. Given the nature of a bottomless brunch, I anticipated a more attentive approach from the staff, but that was not the case at all. Additionally, the atmosphere felt disorganized, which only added to the frustration. It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed and unable to manage the flow of customers, leading to longer wait times than necessary. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and unwilling to return for another brunch experience. I hope BrewDog can address these service issues, as I’ve heard great things about their food and drinks. However, my recent experience certainly did not live up to those expectations.

They're more comfortable than a well-drilled 4-4-2 formation. Everything is in its place, and the beds give you that perfect "back-post header" kind of rest. The decor might not be flashy, but it's as solid as a Big Sam defensive strategy – no surprises, just reliability. The hotel’s hospitality is as warm as Big Sam’s half-time team talk – straight to the point and with a smile. The breakfast? It’s like a well-executed set-piece – simple, hearty, and exactly what you need to get your day off to a winning start. If you're a fan of a good, no-nonsense experience, the Dog House will have you feeling like you’ve just secured three points. No frills, just solid service, like Big Sam’s long ball tactics – and that’s a compliment. Would definitely recommend a stay if you're after a straightforward, dependable place to rest your weary legs.

Absolutely loved our time at the Doghouse in Manchester! Room was clean and nicely set out. Location was easily accessible and not far from the car park. Service for food & drink was wonderful, bar staff were lovely and helpful - will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay, would highly recommend!
