Brasserie Blanc have spread their gorgeous pan-European cuisine across the country, serving a delicious Breakfast and Sunday Roast with a classic French inspiration throughout their menus.

With wunderkind chef Raymond Blanc behind the wheel, it’s no surprise Sunday Roasts here have taken off.

Sundays are all about friends, family and feasting at Brasserie Blanc, a wonderful occasion to gather round, relax and be lavished with a delicious roast. Why not treat yourself to aperitifs and nibbles to set the tone, such as a house G&T accompanied by baguettes, dips and rustica olives. Starters include a French classic, French Onion Soup,  to a Crab & Sweetcorn Bon-Bons served with guacamole, brown crab mayonnaise and an apple & pear chutney for a more exotic taste.

The roasts – which include Roast Rump of Beef, Oak-Smoked Outdoor Bred Pork Ribeye and a vegetarian Beetroot & Smoked Cheddar Parcel, among others – come with huge helpings of seasonal veggies, cauliflower cheese and even boast a bottomless rich gravy, roasties and Yorkshire pudding deal so you can fill up to your heart’s content.

Try to leave room for dessert as the Pistachio Souffle and Baba Au Rhum, with rum Chantilly cream and marinated mini figs, are unmissable indulgences.

Mornings are also a treat here: dig into a breakfast buffet for just £17.50 or take your pick of a la carte dishes, ranging from Eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale to a refreshing, juciy fruit platter.

Brasserie Blanc Hale Barns is located alongside the M56 of Manchester Airport and on the outskirts of Hale.

Wonderfull hotel for the rank it is. Already 20 years but still comfortable, with nice swimming pool with sauna and steam room as also a little jacuzzi and a cold pool for after sauna plunge. The “Brasserie blanc” it’s the perfect place for the breakfast with a nice vintage ambiance and green house style. The staff is great and the restaurant supervisor is very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much Ken👍🏻 for the warm hospitality and making my breakfast and nice experience. Cheers and keep up the good work✨

We had a very enjoyable meal, with tasty dishes for adults and creative choices for children. The vegetables were cooked so well - crisp and delicious. Everyone ate everything. Also the Limoux Sauvignon Blanc was great too. I had an excellent risotto, and zingy rhubarb and lime crumble. 5 stars for the chefs! The service was friendly. The menu could really do with some lighter options and some brasserie classics like niçoise or Cesar salad would be good.

Nice French Restaurant in the hotel. Escargots were nice except there’s no taste in the snail. Fish soup was warm with bread(croutons), cheese and butter. Cheese soufflé came hot with cheese sauce and tasted really good. My mock tail had a lot of mint in it and not a lot of drink for the price because the kitchen decided to fill 60% of the cup with ice. No hot chocolate today. I had the steak frites and the steak, cooked medium was kinda okay (im not a meat guy). The server even asked if he wanted sauces and the MAYONNAISE CAME 🎉. The peppercorn sauce for the steak went really well as well as some herb butter.(tomato on the side don’t ask). In the crème bulee, you could only taste the sugar on top and not the egg.
