A hit with the theatre crowd, Tuttons in Covent Garden are becoming as well known for their refined Breakfasts as they are for glamorous interior design.

The glamorous art deco interior features red leather banquettes, intricate wall fixtures and monochrome tiled floors for an Old Hollywood touch.

Combining traditional British favourites alongside classic dishes with a twist, we take pride in supporting UK suppliers.

Elegant versions of tried-and-tested Breakfast dishes are replicated here with finesse; a simple avocado and cream cheese on sourdough is topped with cherry tomatoes, radishes and pomegranates while a nutritious bowl of granola is honey-roasted and served as a sundae for a nostalgic treat. We also recommend trying something from their extensive selection of pastries plus, of course, the show-stopping Traditional Breakfast.

On a Sunday, the roast dinners take centre stage. Choose from options such as sirloin of beef, roast chicken, confit pork belly or vegan meatloaf, served with all the trimmings.

The prime location of Covent Garden puts you in the midst of one of London's key shopping districts, along with numerous Rail and Underground Stations at just a stones-throw away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Tuttons, Covent Garden: Great Location, Mixed Experience A prime spot in Covent Garden with the promise of classic British dining and a lively atmosphere. The location? Perfect. The apple juice? Delicious. The service? Let’s just say… it had room for improvement. We arrived with high hopes, but the service was noticeably slow, and our waitress seemed to be having a particularly grumpy day. (We’ve all been there, but a smile wouldn’t go amiss!) The sparkling water took an age to arrive, making us wonder if it had been sourced from a particularly distant spring. That said, the setting is lovely, the menu looked promising, and when the drinks did arrive, they were good. I’d love to say the experience was as sparkling as the water I waited for, but Tuttons could definitely benefit from a little more attentiveness and a touch more warmth from the staff. Would I return? Possibly, but with lowered expectations on speed and service. Hopefully, next time, they’re just having an off day!

It was the first time I have been since 2021. We sat at an outside table with overhead heaters. Waitresses took our orders very quickly. The only slight delay was with my glass of wine. The tables outside are far enough apart that you don’t overhear conversations. The scallops were delicious, as was the salmon. I had a cheeseboard to finish and that was excellent as well. The added extra is the atmosphere in Covent Garden when sitting outside.

The location is a key and they could benefit from it. I have good experiences with the service and foods. Hopefully, they maintain this level of quality.
