Toby Carvery - Worcester Park

I had an amazing first experience here! Alison was super friendly and told me everything I needed to know to have a great time. The food was delicious and very filling! The Toby Crumble is definitely the best way to end your meal. If you want a great experience at Toby’s, I highly recommend going for the 2-course meal, which is only £12 – super affordable, especially for the portion size you get! Once again, thank you, Alison, for making my experience extra special! :)

I visited the restaurant with my friends yesterday, but when I asked for a table, the manager rudely informed us to make a reservation next time. Fortunately, the staff was kind and the beef was a little tough, but the overall food was excellent. After finishing the meal, I paid and headed home. When I got home, I realized my purse was missing from the open eco bag. I quickly returned to the restaurant and asked about the lost and found. I thought I had dropped my purse where I was sitting, and I was hoping someone could find it because it wasn't crowded when I left the restaurant. However, the manager just told me to contact the bank and offered no further help. He didn't intend to ask other employees or ask for my contact information. Given that it's an old local restaurant, I never thought I'd see my purse again. I don't want to come back to this restaurant.

All the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The lady Alison who was serving our table was great, fun as well as being professional. We was also asked if we have any dietary requirements or allergies. We will definitely be back.
