Toby Carvery - Park Place

We happened upon this charming place to spend our Boxing Day with the most friendly and generous staff. Samantha our server and Natalie the host warmly welcomed us and showed us the most engaging afternoon meal and atmosphere. We feel so lucky we chanced upon Toby Carver Park Place on our road trip through the UK.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating Mother's Day at Toby Carvery, and once again, I was blown away by the food, service, and overall experience. This is hands down the best carvery from Mitcham to Scotland. Even on a busy day, quality and service were never compromised. From the moment we arrived, Jack greeted us with a warm welcome and remembered our names, ensuring we were seated immediately. We were taken care of right away—our drinks order was placed without delay, The selection of meats was outstanding, with every traditional side and condiment you could imagine. The generous portions were absolutely delicious and truly worth the wait. The staff at the meat counter were incredibly friendly and even remembered my name from previous visits. Our lovely waitress, Jessica, was also on hand, providing friendly, polite, and helpful service that made the experience all the more enjoyable. I genuinely love coming here. The value for money, quality of food, and the warm, homely hospitality set Toby Carvery apart. After spending hundreds on meals elsewhere and leaving hungry, disappointed, and unfulfilled, this place is a breath of fresh air. It’s clear that the staff and management are passionate about what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. Absolutely amazing in every way—if you haven’t tried Toby Carvery yet, you’re missing out!

I’m gluten & dairy free and they staff were very accommodating. The customer service was amazing! The staff mentioned to me about the gluten and fairly free dessert options.
