Looks nice has lots and lots of tables outside but was told no food is aloud outside. It was a beautiful hot sunny day but had to eat inside. What's the point of all the tables then???? Very miss leading. What a shame they were so uncaring. An update to the "owners" reply I was not told at any point it was used for outside drinking. I offerd to take my plate out there I was refused. And I only spoke to a young girl that greats you. Not an adult. There was noone there the car park and place were both empty I thought you would welcome some business but clearly not. Also the young girl had no customer service skills at all didn't you know the customer is always right. Oh and they don't like dogs there not welcome.

Came here on a busy Sunday afternoon, as we’ve found the food is definitely fresher when it’s busy. Our waitress Eve was super friendly and helpful, even with the place being full. The roast meats were delicious as always and the Yorkshire puddings were huge and perfect. The other dishes were not so great. The parsnips were black (and so no one was eating them, which meant they don’t get changed!) the cauliflower cheese was a very loose definition of that. The carvery area was pretty messy and not cleaned in the 2 hours we were there. New food was continuously poured on top of the old. Condiments had been accidentally mixed by people and were not changed. Fizzy drink disperser was out of a couple flavours. It is what you expect from the place though to be fair. Reasonably priced filling food in large quantities. I am sure we will be going back again.

Well whenever I fancy a carvery I always come here, the service is excellent, the time before tonight we were served by emma, she were absolutely brilliant went above and beyond excellent customer service. Then tonight, we were served by Ruby, another young lady whose customer service skills were absolutely superb, she spoke politely to everyone within our group, an even though there were good thrown on the floor, which I think we cleaned up, ruby was excellent and just polite. I were finishing up my drink and ruby asked if I were okay. We had a 5/10min chat. Such a lovely polite young lady. Both emma and ruby deserve so much praise for all their hard work and excellent customer service. Actually to be honest I can't fault any member of staff, even the 2 people who were carving the meat tonight, the lady and the gent, both had a laugh. Best experience for me.
