    We stopped at Toby Carvery on High Road, Buckhurst Hill, for a hearty lunch and a coffee, and it turned out to be a satisfying experience. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere and traditional charm immediately set the tone for a pleasant meal. The highlight of Toby Carvery is undoubtedly its carvery station, which offers a generous selection of roasted meats. On this occasion, we enjoyed perfectly cooked beef, tender turkey, and succulent pork, all carved to order. The meat portions were generous and cooked to perfection, with rich flavors that spoke of quality preparation. To complement the meats, there was a wide variety of side dishes, including crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, creamy mashed potatoes, and a colorful array of seasonal vegetables.     Caroline was an absolute gem of a host! Everyone’s customer service was wonderful! The carvery was exceptional as always! Thanks to Callum & Julian! Caroline really helped us with decisions of the selection of deserts and, drinks!

    Came today as a walk in. Welcomed and seated. Service and food I couldn't fault. A good reasonably priced Sunday lunch option. Would definitely come again. Thank you Anne Marie (our waitress) really great service from her. And nothing too much
