Beautiful traditional English pub! I recommend booking in advance if you want to sit at tables (which I did). We had the signature grilled cheese sandwiches and they were delicious. We also had a bottle of water and two pints of Guinness, all for £38. The place was quite large, warm and welcoming. The staff were very kind and super friendly.

Lovely pub right in the heart of central london. Minutes from Oxford Circus tube - this has an old school vibe with a lovely cosy feel. Nice in the summer sitting outside and wonderful in the winter sitting down for a pie and mash in the back. Sunday roasts are brilliant - lots of well cooked veg with a choice of great meats and plenty of gravy. Love the selection of gin cocktails - a favourite!

5.0 A beautiful, updated, classic British pub in The Langham at Portland Place. Lovely interiors, a lively atmosphere with football on a large screen, a wide variety of beers, wines and cocktails. The food menu offers British classics with a twist. We had their Toastie which they are famous for...this one was Jamon iberico with manchego...it was very good. We also had Cornwall squid, hake, the scotch egg and the best fat chips with bloody mary salt! Excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. All in, a great place.
