The Roebuck is a traditional country-style gastro pub in Hampstead, and a much-loved spot for Sunday Roasts.

Go for some al fresco dining in a lovely heated garden or pull up a pew by the open fireplace. Whether you want a nibble and a glass of wine or a luxurious 3 course spread, The Roebuck cater to all tastes.

All roasts are served with beef dripping roast potatoes, double-egg Yorkshire pudding, crushed celeriac, maple carrots, spring greens and proper gravy. Choose from West Country beef rump or rolled Dingley Dell pork belly among other dishes, or a vegan option of wild mushroom, spinach & feta wellington.

Located in Hampstead, The Roebuck is just a stone's throw from Hampstead Heath.

Fantastic Sunday roast. Best pork crackling I think I have ever had, and a tasty piece of pork. My wife had the chicken which I tried and it was equally delicious. Dog friendly too. Worth getting here early on a weekend as they can generally find you a table even though they were pretty fully booked.

Busy pub in front of the Royal Free hospital with varied clientele - families, friends, couples. Service is friendly and efficient. I had bangers and mash and it was so good, I didn't want my meal to end. Sausages and gravy were full of flavour, mash was creamy and smooth, and the caremelised onions - well I could eat that every day Friends all enjoyed their meals. I think the burgers were another stand out meal. Recommend!

A nice spacious pub situated opposite the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead. They had 4 cask beers so I opted for a Youngs original at £5.65, quite reasonable for the area. They also had a selection of around 20 whiskies. They have a nice, quite large, heated garden area. They offer food, mainly typical pub grub but with some items that are different e.g. stuffed sardine starter at £8.50 and a roated squash gnocchi main at £16. They had a good choice of wines with prices for a bottle starting at £24.50. I was here at midday on a Tuesday so it was rather quiet. The service was friendly. In summary a nice pub, worth a visit if you are in the area.
