    I had a wonderful experience at Refinery restaurant during my recent visit with my colleagues. This charming establishment offers a lovely atmosphere and delectable food. My personal favorite is the grilled salmon, which is always cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes with seaweed add a unique and delightful twist that I can't get enough of. Moreover, the customer service at Refinery is consistently top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and truly goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant dining experience. It's clear that they prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.     AVOID! You will pay much more than you expect. Ask for water and they bring a bottle. Turns out this costs £5. Ask for a pint of Diet Coke and they’ll charge you £7.90. Then they’ll add on a pound for some charity, and then on top of all that, they add 12.5% service charge. So a £16 salad (which was good) with a Diet Coke and water cost £36.21!!!

    Went for our work social. It was a nice place to social but the staff took long to get drinks and water. The food needed to be labelled for dietary needs but it wasn't labelled accordingly. We had to ask the assistant many times to identify the food. Needed more people on site (outside) and food labelling required.
