A Wonderful breakfast Experience at The Ivy Chelsea Garden I recently had the pleasure of having a breakfast at The Ivy Chelsea Garden, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is simply stunning, beautiful decor, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. A special mention goes to Irene, our waiter, who truly made our visit memorable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and warm demeanor added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. The food was exquisite, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. From the starters to the desserts, everything was prepared to perfection. The service was prompt, yet we never felt rushed, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, The Ivy Chelsea Garden exceeded expectations, and Irene’s outstanding service made our morning even more delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining or breakfast

We were booked in for a champagne afternoon tea after hearing some nice recommendations. Upon arrival the staff were polite and our table was ready. When the food came & the waiter was polite and proceeded to explain the variety of food and cakes to us. It’s fair to say that he had no clue what all the sweets were and didn’t bother finding out then coming back. We did taste them in order to find out, but it did take away some of the enjoyment. When it came to the sandwiches, which again he didn’t have a clue about, we did taste the cucumber one only to find out the cucumber was pickled. My wife doesn’t like pickled vegetables. This would have been good to know at the start too. We did ask at the outset about the refill situation and were told there were no refills on the cakes, sandwiches or scones. I found this a little odd as all previous places we have been to for afternoon tea, some cheaper some more expensive, there have always been complimentary refills. In hindsight I wouldn’t go back to the Ivy for afternoon tea. Not worth the money. Hopefully they see this and take it as constructive criticism.

This was our first time visiting the Ivy restaurant chain, and my wife and I were impressed by the ambiance. I hadn’t anticipated such an elegant setup inside. The restaurant offered four different menus, including options for vegans and vegetarians, as well as a festive menu and drinks selection. I ordered a Sunday roast along with a variety of à la carte dishes, finishing off with the Ivy's special snowman dessert, which turned out to be quite heavy for both of us. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
