The pub was very nice and we found the staff to be very friendly. They have Asahi on tap which was quite refreshing. Went there for a Sunday roast, the meat was really good however we found that there was a bit too much cabbage with the roast. I would rate the meat a 5 out of 5 and the veggies a 4 out of 5. If you go here I would recommend getting the Short Rib Burger which tasted amazing. We had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes to get the a table on a Sunday (around 2:00to 2:30 PM), which wasn't bad at all.

Came to this pub a few weeks ago to watch the football and the atmosphere was amazing!. Staff were amazingly quick with the service, considering the place was packed. The food was really good and not overly priced. The new manager seems to be doing a wonderful job :). Will definitely be returning:)

The Florence has been one of my favourite pubs for over five years. Unfortunately, my recent visit on Wednesday, October 23rd, at 9 PM was quite disappointing. I had booked an offer that included two main courses and a bottle of wine for £55. Upon arrival, I was informed that the house white wine was unavailable. I offered to pay the difference for a different white wine option, but I was not allowed to do so and was required to pay the full price. This was especially frustrating as the offer's wording could have been clearer regarding the availability of the house wine. I believe the restaurant's handling of the situation was disappointing, and it ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future improvements.
