Decent food for our annual school PTA Xmas party. Service was a bit slow and haphazard but I can understand it being complicated for a table of 20-odd people. Apple crumble was a bit dry and did not come with enough custard, but again food generally good - my lamb rump mains for example was delicious. It was however being flatly refused a small coffee at 2230, after the meal we’d spent £xxx if not £xxxx on, on the grounds “it’s too late and we’ve turned off the machine,” that really annoyed me. Shall push for us to go elsewhere next year.

Decent place for food but the pub smells with staleness when you step in. Pet friendly and good old local pub for the neighbourhood.

I joined a big group of friends that was there since lunchtime. The place is very nice, the staff are very friendly and polite, the clientele is the typical Chelsea crowd, and there was a very nice atmosphere. Sadly I did not take any pics but the drinks are moderately priced, the decor is tasteful, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Perfect for groups, families, or a date. Would happily go back when in the area.
