Took my mum here for Saturday lunch and it was brilliant! The Front Desk Reception staff, (I’ve forgotten his name 😞) was fantastic and although we had to move tables, he was extremely considerate and helpful. The food was great, but the green plaintain was a bit too dry for my taste. The chicken with the sauce dip was delicious. The live music was a joy to listen to and the atmosphere was 10/10. The only snag was the intermittent power cuts due to surrounding building works, but everyone used this to create a cheerful atmosphere and the musicians really put in the work to keep us thoroughly entertained! Loved it!

What started as a fun afternoon at quickly went downhill when the manager changed DJs mid-event. The new music killed the vibe, emptying the dance floor. When we politely suggested bringing back the previous DJ, the manager rudely dismissed our feedback, claiming he liked the new music regardless of customers’ enjoyment. Pros: Initially great atmosphere The manager’s arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction ruined what could have been a great night out in London. Can’t recommend until management improves.

Cool space. Fun evening. Great music! We went for an event Saturday evening. Paid £5 for entry to the salsa event. We were moved downstairs by 6 pm as they do a second event. We didn’t know this when we paid the entry but in the end it was fine, I really liked the downstairs area as well. It was nice to experience both. The margarita was ok and I also got an interesting honey cider. Overall I would go back.
