Our stay was lovely and the location is steps away from Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Covent Gardens. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And the service was fantastic. This is a very stylish hotel with wonderful dining options and a cool coffee shop. The speakeasy bar is a nice hideaway with great drinks and music. The hotel is family friendly though I’d highly recommend for a couples get away too!

Feels both cozy and luxurious. In detail: Very clean, good room layout and bathrooms and the rooms are very quiet. Also the curtains can make the room completely dark, the room temperature can be adjusted and the water pressure is excellent. Full bath products including conditioner, lovely fluffy towels. Comfortable bedding and bed. And the location great too

Not a 5 star hotel at all. You pay for the location alone. The rooms are okay, but basic. Breakfast was really poor. The room was tired, I could hear the people in the room next door clearly. Music from an event until late at night. It’s very expensive for a very average stay at best. I was also charged for breakfast which I had once not four times. Won’t be back.
