Easy booking online, lunch for 6 people, we were greeted on arrival, seated and served quickly and efficiently. We ordered smoothies and juices, the food looked like small portions when it arrived, but filled us all up and was delicious. We would prefer not to have dogs around whilst eating, but understand that's your thing. Prices as expected these days. We will return x

I've done breakfast, brunch, and dinner at Megan’s and the food and service have been consistent. I've had the pleasure of being served by Shubra, Careesha, and Adah and they were all so lovely. My husband and I have been going back every week since our first visit on the 24th of April. The food, the atmosphere. Everything has been a hit for us. It is family-friendly and just a lovely place to spend time with your loved ones. It was my mother-in-law's birthday today we brought her and my father-in-law here once more, it was a big hit for them as expected. This visit and the last visits, we ordered Megan's cookie dough dessert and were pleasantly surprised both times that was on the house;))) my only suggestion right now is to make vegan options for the desert because I want in!!! I'm allergic to dairy and I am so jealous. Well done to the whole team!! You've done a good job with the staff, food, and space. I hope you keep people around who understand the organizational culture. PS-We had Megan’s platter for 2 and skewers for 2. Sorry, I couldn't capture that!

Not a great experience, I had to see myself to a table and was in there 15 minutes before being asked for a drink order (it wasn’t that busy, meaning you’re clearly understaffed, especially considering the floor size). I’ve attached pictures of my ‘poached’ eggs which came with the Megan’s breakfast option, which were indeed hard boiled. When I questioned the waitress, she said it was a computer error (bamboozled) - she did offer me new eggs, but, I would like my poached eggs with my meal, that’s the point right? Was offered no discount or compensation which may have saved a star here 😂 and £2.50 service charge was on the bill just to rub salt in the wounds, nice one! One experience doesn’t make the place, but… it seems as though you pose as high flying with your TikToks, but there’s some internal issues to address? Unfortunately had to tell a local group chat about this experience, as we were all meeting up, but I popped in for a quick bite before doing so… shame!
