2.0a week agoArrival welcome wasn’t the most welcoming. Service from our waitress however was friendly but became less attentive once our orders were placed. We both ordered double chicken kebab and it arrived with the meat cold. The chicken didn’t seem to have been cooked on a grill tasted boiled and rubbery. Cocktails were very tasty. Wouldn’t return for mains but have previously had a decent breakfast here. Hopefully just a one off.

5.0in the last weekThe best thing about this place is the staff. They are very kind and do their work really well. They make sure that you are catered to. They check on you regularly (even though we were sat in room that wasn’t in the main hall). The food is good too. For the price, I thought the open chicken was a good portion. It tasted good too, and I barely used the sauces to complement the flavour. My only nit is that the flatbreads are a bit too doughy/flavourless. Would be better to make them in a tandoor, but I understand that this requires a bigger expense. Perhaps serving with a different style of flatbread, one with more char, would be better?

5.04 months agoWe recently had a lunch catchup with friends at Megan’s and can’t praise it enough! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Leakna, made us feel at home and took great care of our table, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The ambiance is perfectly cute and cozy, setting the stage for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The food was truly impressive—every dish we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. We each tried different bowls, and each one was a hit. The portion sizes were just right, leaving us satisfied but not overly full. Sides were lovely too. We tried the new sage & avo stuffing, but it wasn’t to my liking texture wise, taste was good though. The smoothies deserve a special mention: they were absolutely delicious and the perfect accompaniment to our meal. Some good cake options too. Overall, this restaurant is worth every penny. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming environment, and stellar service.
