The newest venture from chef Gordon Ramsey with stunning views over London from Bishopsgate. The highest restaurant in Europe. Interior design is on point with a very classy, yet relaxed, atmosphere enabling lots of natural light and panoramic views of the city. Service is up market and very professional, as expected at a place like this. The menu focus on Japanese food and caters well for various preferences. Came in for lunch and had a good tasting session on various type of dishes. Overall, flavours and presentation was very good but nothing too special for the price point. The price point really being the crux here. At a first glance, you pay for views and good service more than phenomenal cooking. Everything tastes well, but nothing blew me away. Restaurant/Bar: - Value for money? No - Worth a detour? Yes - Best for (occasion)? A celebratory lunch/dinner with spectacular views - Would I go back? Yes

Everything was amazing! Our server, Yassin, took care of us - he made us laugh and feel welcome. Would be served by him again! The food was exceptional, squid is a must and drinks were spectacular. Music gave it a vibe and we really enjoyed this.
