Hidden gem in Kensington. We went for a baby shower & booked one of the globes. The staff were super attentive. To our surprise They even decorated the globe for us so our decorations looked even prettier for the mummy to be. I believe the guy’s name serving us was “Nittin” - he was so pleasant, very attentive and kindly offered to take group pics which turned out really nice. Afternoon tea menu is very tasty (I wish I had more savory because I prefer it to sweets) good value for money - we loved it

An amazing day out here. The food was amazing, slightly more sweet stuff than savoury but to be expected for afternoon tea. The scones were perfect not too dry. The only takeaway from this was the bread was slightly dry in a couple sandwiches. However the smoked salmon sandwich was the best I've ever had. It was my birthday and the kitchen gave me a birthday cheesecake and treated me like royalty. You get a history lesson on afternoon tea and we sat in the dorms which are beautiful. I definitely recommend eating in these especially at night. I can't wait to go again

Amazing experience in the dome. Service was good. Shrena was so busy with the amount of customers coming in and seems to be handling things on her own but she was still helpful and attentive. Good job :) To the management, please maybe try and hire another staff to help ease off the load of the current staffs :)
