The Waldorf Hilton's Afternoon Tea, inspired by La Belle et La Bête, a fairytale written and first published by French novelist Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve in 1740 and famously re-told by Walt Disney Feature Animation as "Beauty and the Beast", is thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Luke Rayment-Blakey. This unique experience celebrates the delicate marriage of bold flavours and delicate techniques, playfully incorporating some of the much-loved scenes and characters with a Waldorf twist. To celebrate winter, they are now currently serving the ‘Be Our Guest’ A Winter’s Tale menu.

For those who prefer an evening experience, Homage offers a delectable a la carte menu, featuring dishes such as Zero Waste Monkfish served with breakfast tomato broth, stem oil, baby artichoke and sesame, and the famous Waldorf Salad. Chef Luke-Rayment Blakey is incredibly passionate about controlling food waste in his kitchen, and where possible likes to create zero waste dishes such as the Monkfish and re-purpose ingredients where possible.
