End the week in style at Hawksmoor Wood Wharf, a sophisticated steak restaurant with a stunning Sunday Roast.

Bets known as a steak and seafood restaurant, Hawksmoor Wood Wharf have honed and tweaked their Sunday Roast to perfection. Part-cooking over charcoal and served with all the trimmings - crispy beef dripping roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, buttered greens, roasted shallots & garlic and lashings of bone marrrow and onion gravy.

The interior has a regal grandeur that will take you back in time, though the low lighting and leather upholstery are thoroughly modern.

Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is central within London's Canary Wharf, located close to the Museum of London Docklands and is within close proximty to Canary Wharf station.

Lovely restaurant. We went there on a Saturday night so the place was quite packed. The food was good, though the steak was dry and too expensive for the portion size. The main thing I did not like: one of the patrons at the other table was vaping in the restaurant and the server I told was afraid to address it. I had to insist for him to address it. Vaping is not legal in restaurants I don’t think I should have had to request for that to be addressed.

My first time at Hawksmoor in Canary Wharf, and I’m already looking forward to returning. The service is highly professional and efficient. I was fortunate to be served by Marius, the restaurant manager, whose deep knowledge of the menu and attention to detail ensured we had everything we needed. Filipe also deserves a mention for his warmth and professionalism, working seamlessly with Marius to provide an excellent experience. Special thanks to the Portuguese bartender, whose name I didn’t catch. The food quality was outstanding – easily some of the best steaks in London. The combination of top-notch service and attention to detail makes this a place I’ll definitely revisit. Highly recommend!
