Fantastic!!! We were lucky to get a free two course lunch and it was brilliant, we would go back for the set lunch on any day now. Firstly we must mention the level of service we received was the same as all other diners, we really appreciate that. Secondly the food was brilliant. For starters my partner had the beef Tatar taco and I had the prawns ..... amazing flavour and clean tasting. For mains we both had the rump stake again, both steaks were cooked perfectly to how we asked, the chips and sauce on the side was brilliant. We wanted to also point out the quality of the steak again lovely, no gristle or fat. The restaurant, bathrooms and our table was clean and comfortable. Every member of staff that we walked past on our way out say bye as well ... this was a really nice touch, thank you every one. Lovely branch of Gaucho's we we defiantly be coming back here!!!!

Exceptional Dining Experience at Gaucho – A Memorable Evening Thanks to Chad and Team Three weeks ago, after a disappointing visit to Gaucho, we reached out to management to address our concerns. The response we received was both swift and thoughtful, resulting in an invitation to return for a meal. This time, I had the pleasure of taking my sister and our mother for her very first steak dining experience—and what an experience it was! From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house team welcomed us warmly. The service throughout the evening was nothing short of outstanding. Special recognition goes to Chad, the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made all the difference. He checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our evening, always with a professional yet warm demeanor that set the tone for an exceptional meal. We started with a selection of starters, including the scallops, which were a true highlight. The quality, taste, and presentation were impeccable, leaving my mother amazed. The Winter Rum cocktail was another standout—rich, warming, and perfectly balanced. When it came to the mains, each of us chose a different steak, and they did not disappoint. My mother, who was initially hesitant, was absolutely thrilled. She declared it the best steak she had ever eaten, a sentiment that truly made our evening special. Seeing her joy brought immense satisfaction to us as a family. Daniella, another manager, was equally delightful. Her bubbly personality and ability to engage in thoughtful conversation added a personal touch to the experience. It’s clear that Gaucho is fortunate to have such dedicated individuals on their team. Overall, the combination of exceptional service, exquisite food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created a dining experience we won’t soon forget. Chad and his team went above and beyond, turning what began as a disappointing experience into one of our most memorable evenings. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re planning a trip to Gaucho Hampstead, I highly recommend the scallops / steaks and the Winter Rum—you won’t regret it!

Where to start. We cannot praise this restaurant and their staff enough. We dined with our 9 month old baby and also our dog. The staff pulled out all the stops for us and they couldn’t do enough. We felt special the moment we walked in, right through to leaving. The food was incredible and came through piping hot. The sommelier talked us through the wine list and recommended an incredible red to compliment our food. We would like to thank all the staff as they went above and beyond. We told the staff it was our dog’s 4 year birthday; to which they brought out a lit candle and some dog treats. Our dog was over the moon! A completely unexpected surprise and gesture. Gaucho has certainly got the right idea being dog-friendly; as we will be telling all of our friends about this and feel we’re able to return without worrying about child and dog care. On top of this, your wonderful sommelier could see that our daughter was getting a little restless as our food arrived, to which she then occupied her so that we could eat our meal. Our baby then went straight down to sleep in her pushchair after cuddles and a tour of the restaurant. You gave two new parents more than just a rare night out as a couple; you made it completely stress-free and gold-tier standard. We’re looking forward to returning again soon.
