The food and service are exceptional. And the view divine! Loved watching the swan in the pond while we sipped our tea. The Cote burger is the BEST we could find in London. Something about the caramelized onions that set it apart from the competition.

The staff tried their best, but you know that when two tables tell you that you ought to walk out because the food took between 45 minutes to 1 and a half hour, you are in for a shock. We decided to only order a basic main dish each. It arrived in 30 minutes. The service was poor. Many tables were having complaints and arguments. Some of the staff decided that instead of apologising, they ought to try to justify the long delay. That did not go well. Poor atmosphere, staff hyper stressed kept on dropping and breaking plates and glasses. On Mothering Sunday, the kitchen could not cope with the orders, and everything went south from there. Shame as the food was not bad at all. However, while it markets itself as a Brasserie, it really is not. It would not survive 1 week in Paris. One to forget. [Edit] In reply to Cote's offer to reach out. The aim of this review is to inform potential clients, not to assist the PR/Management or Partners Group, a Private Equity firm with no restaurant management experience.

Absolutely shocking. Booked a table for 6 for Mother’s Day. Food took 2 and a half hours to arrive. It then arrived in sections. Steak was clearly reheated, Yorkshire pudding was cold, potatoes didn’t arrive. Complained to manager who did little. We left without food, two young children hungry and upset. We’ve eaten there a number of times before, but never again. Awful.
