Drawing inspiration from the new generation of trattoria seen in LA and New York, Executive chef Andreas Engberg has created a menu full of the most delicious Italian flavours, using carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients and a sustainable, low waste ethos. The bar serves an array of IPAs, cocktails and natural wines to complement the dishes, alongside smoothies, juices and coffee throughout the day.
