September 2024: Stopped by for dinner and enjoyed the fish 🐟 and chips. The fish was flaky. Chips were big and had nice texture. Would come back again for the fish and chips! Beer was pretty good. Had the Pimilco IPA 🍺. Reminds me slightly of a mild IPA from the US. My wife had the beef and ale pie. It was okay. The potato mash had kale inside. That was nice. Service was friendly and attentive. Would come back again for more delicious food and beer.

Place looks very good, staff is very nice and the food is amazing. I had a steak and one of their beers (sorry if this pairing bothers you) and both were very good. P.S.: I started eating before I took the picture. Tried to make it look nice again but it didn’t work. I promise it looks better when they bring it.

Our first visit to this little gem of a place, but definitely won't be the last! A really wide choice of food, with the added bonus of some lovely ales brewed there too - the cider was especially good. Our toddler was welcomed with open arms and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were all amazing. I really enjoyed my huge fish finger in foccacia bread, and the accompanying fries were cooked to perfection.
