We stopped here last year, almost a year to the date, and found it exceptional. However, a year on and sadly there was little consistency. The food was alright but the service was lacking. The bar staff seemingly unaware of their own 2-for-1 cocktails after 8PM, then having a bit of attitude when reasonably challenged over it. The table staff then didn’t bring all the sides we ordered and when we asked for the missing items they wanted to charge us for extra sides, until we produced the order on the app to prove they were incorrect. Their attitude thereafter was just poor, we will be unlikely to return given other locations and choices in London.

We visited this restaurant on Father’s Day for their special promotion where fathers could enjoy a complimentary main dish. I made a reservation online, and the restaurant appeared somewhat empty for a weekend. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us, so I went to the bar to inquire about our seating. However, we were soon shown to our reserved table. The restaurant is spacious and newly decorated. Our corner seating was ideal for accommodating young children. The menu is quite limited, offering mainly burgers, wings, and a few sides, so don't expect barbecue meat or steak options. We ordered two burgers for the adults and macaroni and cheese for our child from the kids' menu. The burgers were absolutely delicious, with juicy patties and perfectly textured buns. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcomed and well served. In the end, we paid only £25 for two meals. The restaurant applied a generous £19 discount with the Father’s Day promotion, and I added a 10% tip since there was no service charge.

Given the other options around the Canary Wharf area, this beer place is actually quite a good hangout option. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's very well decorated, very spacious, and very fun on the inside. They have many different seating areas that you can choose from; they even have phone booths... The wide range of draught beers on tap is definitely a major plus point. From lager, pilsner, pale ales, IPA, stouts, etc.; the selection is great. Price points are also extremely reasonable. Makes for a good after-work hang out spot, or if you're in the area. That said, if you're a visiting tourist, I would not specially come all the way here. Unless you're like us, and need to kill time and get over jet lag...
