Bōkan is an award winning dockside beacon for artisanal food & drinks made using a mixture of local, ancient and adopted British ingredients. Consisting of 3 floors, this award winning AA Rosette restaurant is situated on the 37th floor where the menu is inspired by rich European cultural cuisines that have flowed along the Thames since ancient times.

Outside is an industrial dockyard, while inside is a haven of sophistication and class. The gorgeous, panoramic views of the city send sunlight streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the exposed beams and red brick walls adding some urban edge. Aim for a table near the open plan kitchen while chefs whip up the finest European cuisine or perch by the window seats.

Worth absolutely every single penny of our 500£ bill. These people know the ACTUAL meaning of bottomless champagne. Whenever my glass was even 1/3rd full, they would come and pour more. The service was exceptional. The chef did an astonishing job with the meals. Not would, but I am visiting this again on my next work trip to London.

The view is absolutely the best part of this place. The food wasn’t anything to shout about (particularly not for the price) and same about the drinks. You are paying for the view. The bar upstairs was lively but it was noticeable that younger clientele would come and try to get the older clientele to buy them drinks which was an odd atmosphere to witness/be around.

Delicious! Excellent service and the wine and cocktails were great. I had the Cornish Crab meat, Sirloin steak and then the passion fruit , chocolate and hazelnut dessert - all was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their food. The sides were great too. Small portions but very flavourful. I I didn’t take many photos and they aren’t the best but should highlight the portions.
