The menu takes inspiration from the diverse regions of Italy, where Head Chef Marco Corsica brings an extensive knowledge of authentic Italian cooking, using his childhood memories from the Mediterranean coast, combined with his inventiveness to deliver a menu that rings true to the authenticity of his home country.
