Lovely atmosphere and the staff were great although incredibly busy. I ordered the spiced tortilla (which I wasn’t expecting to be tortilla chips) and I did enjoy it. I also got the Caesar salad which was really really disappointing. The dressing was watery and flavourless. Although the salad was presented nicely and the chicken was cooked really well the dressing just made everything soggy and pooled at the bottom like soup. I was expecting the elderflower lemonade to be more exciting as well considering it was £4.50 but it was just soda water and a syrup rather than something prebottled (which is what you would expect for the price). I had an okay experience.

I recently had breakfast at Bill's, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was tasty and nicely presented, with a traditional English feel to the ambiance which added a lovely touch to the meal. However, the dishes were served somewhat lukewarm, and I felt they could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. Despite that, it was still an enjoyable experience, and I'd consider going back for the cozy atmosphere.

We’ve come here on a Friday for breakfast. We had a booking so didn’t have to queue up for a table. The restaurant is quite busy so I’d recommend booking in advance, otherwise you might need to queue for a while. I had their fruit pancakes and I was really disappointed. It fully crumbled. I’m afraid something has gone wrong with their recipe. The pancakes were warm, but not hot. I assume they were all prepared early morning and kept warm for orders later in the day. Unfortunately, it’s not worth what you’re paying for. There are much better places that does delicious pancakes for similar prices around there. My partner had English breakfast. He says it was fine, average. It had black pudding so he was quite happy with that one.
