Great help , my brothers flight was delayed for two hours, had my 10 year old son with me, popped to b and m bought a box of Lego, then nipped in the toby round the corner, asked for a quiet table so me and my pad could wait it out, boss sat us out the way in the corner, explained how ordering a veggie meal and share it with my lad, bar staff Charlie took our order and made everything pleasant to calm us down. Great atmosphere and the gaffer was out front working and looking safer his polite staff, really good to see old fashioned values in an eatery, thanks ever so much guys, nice meal, good service , ever the chef brought the cutlery for us. Relaxed and easy, polite staff, thank you ever so much Richie and his son Eden from Hull

The food was nice. Bacon and 'potato hash' was a little crispy for me but not too bad. The hash browns were very crispy, tasteless and not very nice at all. There were a couple of dirty plates on the clean plate pile, but everything else seemed clean. Unfortunately, it was too hot in the Restaurant and the air con wasn't on. Not my best experience here, but still good overall and I will return.

Had booked a table here for the Friday night as we got stranded due to storms.... Lady on desk was very helpful said they could get us in earlier. We had chosen to have the carvery as always good here. Was definitely plenty on the plates for a reasonable price but I've got to say it was not hot which I was bit surprised at,I didn't ask could it be heated up as felt like that was complaining...My daughter asked for ice cream which she was so excited about but then the young girl came to tell us they had none in so she had to have a lolly....Great location great choice on menu's but I was disappointed by how cold food was...It's still a good price for families so reasonable too..Maybe it was just a bad day ...I will go back to give it another try ...
