Enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz and lager accompanied with a choice of Brunch dishes including a Full English, Shashuska with Chorizo and Eggs Benedict. 

Sunday Lunch is served from 11am and offers a selection of whole-roasted joints, served with maple glazed carrots, roast potatoes, greens and a rich gravy. Choose from a Roast Rump of Beef, Roast Chicken or Slow Roast Honey Glazed Pork Belly. This roast is too good to miss, and that's why The Botanist Liverpool One caters for everyone, with a vegan Celeriac, Mushroom & Pearl Barley Wellington in a creamy cashew nut and porcini sauce, served with a vegan gravy!

    My 1st experience at the Botanist and I will definitely be returning. Booking online was easy. The man who greeted us was so lovely and welcoming, showing us to our table. Service was lovely and attentive. Food was lovely too and the acoustic singer was fab!!

    My family loves the atmosphere, food and service. It was a rainy evening but we had a cozy and relaxing environment with live music at the restaurant. A wonderful dining experience.

    What an amazing experience from start to finish! A lovely warm welcome at the host desk, they did everything they could to accommodate a walk in of 5 on a busy Friday night. Sam, the manager on duty was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need! The food was exceptional, we had the Camembert and Fougase starter which were both delicious! Following on with a range of different dishes on the main menu. Hats off to the chefs for their quick and high standards of service. The food was delicious. The vibes and ambiance all contributed to a fantastic meal all round! Thank you to the entire team x
