5.0a month agoSurprised we were able to easily book a table but it was not busy last night 31/10/24) food offer is good quality food menu is slightly limited but better to do some dishes well than offer lots and not do them well. I went for smoking chicken, which is effectively chicken fajitas. Two mains and two pints came to mid £40s which you can’t complain about. Ed did have to ask for the bill twice. Finally, lovely views of Leeds giving chance of some great photographs.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the entire evening. **Food**: The food was simply fantastic! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with rich flavors and fresh ingredients that truly stood out. Whether you’re a fan of classic dishes or looking for something a bit more creative, the menu offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. I was particularly impressed with the presentation of each course – it was clear the chefs take pride in their craft. **View**: What truly elevated the experience for me was the stunning view. The restaurant offers a fantastic vantage point, perfect for soaking in the surroundings while enjoying your meal. Whether you visit during the day or at night, the view adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. **Service**: The service was top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, without being overbearing, which added to the relaxed ambiance of the evening. **Music & Atmosphere**: The background music was well-chosen, adding a vibrant yet laid-back feel to the restaurant. It wasn’t too loud, which allowed for easy conversation, yet it created a great mood throughout the night. The decor itself was modern yet cozy, with subtle touches that made the space feel special without being overwhelming. Overall, *The Alchemist Trinity* is a wonderful place to dine, whether you're looking for a casual evening out or celebrating a special occasion. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a captivating atmosphere makes it a spot I would highly recommend. It’s well worth the price, and I can’t wait to visit again!
