Excellent experience at bottomless brunch, staff were friendly and kept us topped up with drinks. The food in the birdcage was fresh, hot and tasty. Overall a good afternoon and felt good value for £37.50 given multiple drinks and good etc

Very rude staff Alicia, booked bottomless brunch for 16people in January for April. Multiple contacts with company and not once did they say they could not accommodate a party as big as ours. Turned up 10minutes early and was waiting round while staff was clearing the table. Directed to our table and was split. Asked if we could go on another table as we booked all together to which Alicia said no and I don’t see what the problem is. Wasn’t just tables split there was a partition wall between the party. Asked if we could move to a different area as we was by the door and did not fit our party size. We squeezed into a small space and the booth was bigger and would have accommodated the party comfortably. Asked if we could move upstairs then to which Alicia replied again with an attitude I don’t see what the problem is. I explained that we had booked for 16 people and expected to be sitting together not split between a dividing wall. Asked to speak to the manager who Alicia said she was, she was very rude and did not see why we were not happy. Later found out that she was not the manager and the manager was Jamie. Jamie spoke to us and understood our frustration. Which was made worse by Alicia’s attitude and lying. Food was cold and burgers were pink. Charlie the waitress was lovely and kept the table topped up with drinks. Booked for my best friend’s hen party and what an awful start to the day it was. Would not recommend dirty martini Leeds
